I believe in Christ with all my heart. Throughout my entire life he has always been the key component that held all of the strings together.
When I have felt alone without friends or family near me, I always knew I could turn to him with a prayer in my heart to have instant comfort. He is constant and kind, and I know that he loves me individually. I am in complete awe for the sacrifice he made for me and am completely floored by the fact that his arm is constantly reaching out to me with his love.
I am incredibly grateful for the blessings I receive from him on a day to day basis, and know that if I follow him I will always be happy. I can overcome any trial or grief with him by my side and it brings me great joy to know that I have such a true friend.
I love Christ so much, and even though I make mistakes and stray from the path at times he is there for me as my brother, and only wants me to keep progressing and be happy.
A quote I heard this semester really put things into perspective for me about God and his love for me;
"When we put God first, all other things fall into their proper place or drop out of our lives."

This quote had an amazing impact on me, because I realized how much the small, unimportant, trivial things in life don't matter, and if we just stay close and cling to the Lord as our support all of those things that aren't necessary to our salvation will fall out of our lives.
Where we stand with God should be the only real concern in our lives. I'm grateful for all of the blessings and opportunities that the Lord has granted me thus far, and am filled with joy because I know that Christ is my redeemer.
