Dear Moroni

I believe in the Christ. I believe that we are a chosen people to proclaim this amazing truth and comfort that we are not alone and are loved. I know that Joseph Smith translated and brought back the fullness of this gospel through the Book of Mormon and sacrificed for future generations, who suffered incredible agony and pain yet experienced the most divine, eternal experiences and would ultimately loose his life in the process. Joseph Smith is my hero and I believe his actions were all brought to pass through our heavenly fathers will. When I read the book I felt knowledge and peace willingly being poured into my heart and mind. I know the words I’ve read are true because of this certain feeling I get of serenity and completeness. I was born into the church and I know I’ve been so blessed to live and grow in the gospel all my life. I know there are so many people suffering and wondering if there is a God because they bear so much but I can testify that if they were to read, study and understand the Book of Mormon sincerely, they would know for themselves their worth and existence is very important to the whole plan. I’ve been through many trials myself so far in my young adult life and I can confidently say that I know I’m a daughter of God and out of the millions of souls on this earth, I know for a fact I am of infinite worth and I have a purpose. I believe the prophet Thomas S. Monson is a messenger of God and speaks through him and that Jesus is the Christ who suffered and Atoned for each and every one of our sins because he loves us that much. I know these things are true and I close my testimony in the everlasting sacred name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
