I have a testimony of this gospel. I know that Joseph Smith was called by God to bring the truth to everyone on earth. I know that because of him I am able to live closer to Heavenly Father. I know that He was able to translate the plates that we might know the word of God. I know that the scriptures are true. I know that within the scriptures we are able to find our own revelations and answers to prayers. The scriptures is what keeps me going through my tough times. I know that Thomas S. Monson is the Prophet today. He teaches us the word of God and he will lead us back to Heavenly Father. I know that the power of prayer is true. It is a time where we are able to communicate with our father in heaven. Prayer is a blessing to everyone. It has blessed me in my life and I know that it will forever bless me. I have a testimony of the power of priesthood. It has helped build my foundations. I have always had the priesthood in my home and I know that my life would be very different without it. I am very grateful for my family. They have taught me since I was little about the gospel. They have let me lean on them when I did not have a testimony of my very own. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the only true church. I know it will all my heart and I am so grateful that I have this testimony to share with everyone. ~TayLyn Spackman~
