First of all I want to say how blessed I am to know that I am a daughter of God and to have the gospel of Jesus Chirst in my life. I honestly don't know what I would do without it. It isn't just something I do it is a part of me. The church's standards are not guidelines or rules I must live by it is a way of life and it has made me who I am today. I am truly thankful for the prophet Moroni and all he did for us that we may have the scirptures in our lives today. I don't know if he knew at the time that he would be affecting millions of peoples lives. Moroni ,I think, is a great example of faith and of missionary work . Because he wanted nothing more than for us to have the truthfullness of the gospel and to let us know that we have a Father in heaven who loves us and will tell us when things are right and when things are wrong. He invites all to find out for theirselves if the things written are true.
And I bear testimony that the Book of Mormon is true and it is the word of God. I know that the men who wrote the Book of Mormon or more correctly parts of the Book of Mormon ( Nephi, Alma, Helman, Mormon and so on) were all prophets of God and what they wrote in this wonderful book was and is for our day. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God and that he translated the Book of Mormon by the power of God. I know that we are lead by a prophet today who is the Lord's instrument. I know that the temples are a house of the Lord and that in those holy temples his spirit is present. I know that Jesus Christ truly did atone for our each of our sins. I know that I am a daughter of Heavenly Father and that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is truly his church . I love my Heavenly Father with all my heart and I know he hears and answers my prayers . And I know that if I live worthy I will one day be able to return to live with him some day. I bear these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
